A guided somatisation of the central channel, using ancient Tantric subtle body practice, to help you find a sense of home, centre and ease.

The Śuśumna Nadi is the graceful channel, the doorway into the madhya, or the space that is holding everything. This is a doorway back to yourself. Use as a practice in the morning to give you an anchor and sense of source power, or in the evening to help you process the day.

A guided meditation to give you a warm bath of ease, to widen your inner vision and deepen your sense of relationship.

20 minute Recorded Somatisation

Enjoy the felt sense of ease and flow as you are guided into this yielding somatisation. Softening through the layers of the body to welcome more of the moment in.
