ĀGNI
YOGic lifestyle Practices
ONLINE MARCH-APRIL 2026
Collette Davis
ĀGNI is a call to turn towards tapas, the hot fire of practices which support and sustain a yogic lifestyle. This module is an invitation to deepen into the wisdom of Ayurveda with the additional support of hormone health, nutrition, seasonal practices and of course, the holding field of the Goddess.
In ĀGNI, you’ll explore how Ayurveda isn’t separate from Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra—it’s actually a foundational part of it, a powerful entry point for going deeper into the teachings. By finding a greater sense of ease, access and balance in your own body, you create room for practice to penetrate into deeper layers of your being.
Please note: ĀGNI is only available for students enrolled on the 300 Hour Advanced Facilitator Training.

Clearing the Channel
Spring equinox liver flush
We begin on the Spring Equinox with an invitation to join the group for a liver cleanse or flush. This is optional but is there to support your system to arrive ready to digest yogic lifestyle practices. You will be provided with a suggestion of recipes, practices and supplements to help guide the process and ensure you stay nourished throughout. You will also have the support of the Kula (community) and everyone else who is cleansing or flushing alongside you.
Across many traditions, including Ayurveda and Chinese Medicine, spring is a potent time to detox not only from the heaviness of winter and accumulated toxins but also the heaviness of emotions that no longer serve.
The Ayurvedic and yogic practices that you learn on this module will go hand in hand with the experience of the liver cleanse and leave you feeling refreshed and ready to welcome back the fiery lifeforce of Aries season and the onslaught of spring in the Northern Hemisphere.

Between Lakshmi
& Durga
Goddess Yoga
Whilst Āgni is a call to step in and practice yogic lifestyle with a refreshed vigour and sense of responsibility, it is also held in the loving arms of the Goddess. We begin with a Lakshmi sadhana (daily practice) so that it is Her sweet, nectarine radiance which calls you to rise every morning. Her who meets you on the soft pillowing of your meditation seat, Her you call to as you greet the day.
You will be introduced to the foundations of Dinacharya, different yogic lifestyle practices, which help cultivate both your body and its relationship to space as clear vessels for practice. This includes neti pot nasal cleansing to clear the channels and sensitise the nadis, skin brushing to support the movement of lymph, removing amma (stagnation) and tending to yourself with abhyanga (oil self massage). You will also learn space clearing rituals and curate an altar in alignment with your sankalpa (intention), the seasons and the energies that we will be invoking together.
As we move through the module, you’ll also be introduced to Goddess Saraswati and finally towards the end, you will walk into the open embrace of Durga as we close under her fierce compassion and the holding field of Navaratri.
