    In this Embodied Flow practice, we explore the shift from ego to the place within us that is unconditional love. Through asana, meditation, and free movement, we and open to what Adyashanti calls “the way of inclusion”—a state where everything naturally falls into place as an expression of self and the divine.

    In this Embodied Flow practice, we explore the art of meeting and being met—attuning to the present moment and allowing energy to move. Through undulations, yielding, asana and deep somatic awareness, you will invite fluidity, release resistance and cultivate a felt sense of connection to self and space.

  • Embodied Flow | Awake

    How can you practice in service to the whole? The more alive, embodied and awake you become on a cellular level, the more fully you can participate with all of life. When you fully engage with your inner experience, you build the capacity to meet whatever life is asking of you with presence and resilience.
